- Challenge anyone who is 5 levels or less above you.
- Play best 2 out of 3 (all to 15 since the object here is to play ball). If third game can not be completed, most points at the end of the hour, determines winner of match. If there is time to play past the hour and both players agree, then finish the 3rd game.
- Either player can use the report form to submit match results. This works on computers or mobile devices--why not report it right after your match!.
- To keep your name on the ladder, play at least once every 2 weeks. Slackers will get moved off the ladder.
- Rom Rule: For those brave enough to challenge Rom in straight singles you start with a point value equal to the disparity the two of you have on the ladder with a maximum of 10 points. If Rom is #1 on the ladder and the challenger is #7 they start each game with a 6-0 score in favor of the challenger. If the challenger is #18 on the ladder they would start each game 10-0. If you challenge Rom to a game of California doubles you start each game 0-0. ***Burl will have to report the match if you are more than 5 levels away from ROM or if you win when you have a partner.
